To drill a hole in the garden through layers of soil, clay, and rocks, a powerful and durable rotary hammer drill with a masonry bit would be suitable. The rotary hammer drill is designed to handle tough materials like concrete and rock, making it effective for drilling through the layers in the garden. Additionally, using a water-cooled diamond core drill bit could also be effective for drilling through the layers, as it is specifically designed for drilling through hard materials like rock and clay. Both of these tools would provide the necessary power and precision to drill through the layers in the garden. **

No, holes do not form in a metal tube due to positive charge. In a metal, the positive charges are fixed in the form of metal ions, and the mobile electrons move to neutralize any positive charge. This means that the positive charge does not cause holes to form in the metal tube. Instead, the positive charge will attract the mobile electrons, causing the metal to become polarized. **

It's also important to take action and make intentional choices that align with one's positive mindset in order to manifest positive outcomes. So while positive thinking can contribute to a more positive life, it's not a guarantee that it will attract positive things on its own. **
